Smart Assessing needed more than a refreshed brand. The business required an integrated solution that could improve brand presence, support insurer-facing communication, and create better operational visibility inside its claims assessment workflow — connecting visual identity directly to operational data systems.

Smart Assessing operates in insurance claims management — a sector where accuracy, timing and visibility define business performance. The team also needed reliable data flow between core claims management software and internal reporting tools, with reduced duplication and clearer management-level insight. Brand work alone wouldn't solve the problem; visual identity needed to be paired with operational infrastructure.

Mediakim approached Smart Assessing as a connected engagement — brand, documentation, data systems and IT infrastructure all designed to reinforce each other. The strategy was to make Smart Assessing easier to do business with: for insurers (through better-presented communication) and for the internal team (through better operational systems). Every layer had to pull its weight.

A cohesive brand identity was created across print, signage, presentations and company documentation — a complete brand creation process, professional document templates, indoor and outdoor signage design, and a practical visual language suited to insurance and claims management. Branding project mockups confirmed the brand operating in context across signage, print and digital touchpoints.

Smart Assessing's digital infrastructure included presentation decks for insurer-facing communication and a company profile that positioned the business clearly within the claims management market. The visual language carried through every digital deliverable, reinforcing the connection between brand presentation and operational professionalism.

Operations & Infrastructure

API integration, dashboard, and IT support.

A custom database system was developed through secure API integration with SmartQuote, supporting accurate data synchronisation and streamlined reporting. In collaboration with SmartQuote developers, Mediakim conceptualised and deployed a dynamic dashboard showing real-time statistics, claims progress and actionable insights. Operational support extended into IT infrastructure: mail and server configuration, staff onboarding and continued assistance with digital platform use.
